Everything Petalpop does happens on the device in front of you. If something here doesn’t answer it, write to us.
How do I keep a look?
Tap Save look under the character. Saved looks live in the Closet tab. Tap one to wear it again, or press and hold to rename, share or delete it.
How do I save a picture to my photos?
Tap the photo button beside Save look. The first time, iOS asks permission to add that picture to your album. If you said no and change your mind, turn it back on in Settings → Petalpop → Photos. Petalpop can only add pictures. It cannot open, browse or upload your photo library.
My child can’t read yet. Can she use it on her own?
Yes — that’s what it is built for. Every choice shows a picture of itself, so a hairstyle, a pair of shoes or a background can be picked by sight without reading the label.
Does it need the internet?
No. Petalpop has no network features at all. It works with no Wi-Fi, no SIM, and in Airplane Mode.
Are there adverts or in-app purchases?
None of either. There is no chat, no links out of the app, and nothing to buy.
How do I remove everything it has stored?
Delete the app. Every saved look goes with it. There is no copy anywhere else, because nothing ever leaves the device.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17.0 and later.

Petalpop collects nothing.
No accounts, no adverts, no analytics, no tracking, and no network connection of any kind. There is no server to send anything to.
Information we collect
None. Petalpop does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking software, and it never contacts a server.
What the app keeps on your device
The looks you save are written to the app’s own private storage on your device, along with the last look you had open so it can be there when you come back. This never leaves the device, is not visible to us, and is deleted when the app is deleted.
Photos
If you choose to save a look to your photo album, the app asks permission to add that one image. The permission it requests is add-only: Petalpop cannot read, browse or upload your photo library. Decline it and every other part of the app keeps working.
Children’s privacy
Petalpop is made for children. Because it collects nothing, reaches no network, and carries no advertising, in-app purchases, chat or outside links, there is nothing for a child to give away and nowhere for it to go.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with the date above updated.
